    I actually purchased these to hang on the door knob of my front door and my back door prior to getting a security system installed. The batteries have been in there for about a year and a half so I don’t know how much life is left but I tested them both and they both work now. There is a high and a low setting and they are quite loud. So if you have very sensitive ears you may want to think twice about buying them. They do not come in the box as the boxes have been long gone I just took a picture of a box so that you could see the device.
