This item is listed as USED but was never actually "USED" It was ordered as a backup for our maintenance department and never needed. We are making room for other more useful items on the shelfs. Ebay listings did not offer a "20#" option on the bottle size. So, I selected closest option which is 27# (for the tear weight). The actual specs on this bottle are as follows (20# capicty with Gross weight 47.7# with a tare# of 27.7# leaving room for 20# of evacuated Freon)
