The first Noel……this piece represents the Angel announcing the birth of the baby Jesus to the world. The Nativity sits just below her trumpet.
This project includes creating the angel using soft sculpture techniques and skinning, making the wire wings, the wire halo and ‘gold’ trumpet. You will also create an all fabric Nativity including a star. The whole scene sets on a painted wooden base.
