9.99 FREIGHT SHIPPING applies to commercial addresses in the Lower 48 states with a loading lock. Buyers with residential address will pay approximately 0 for residential lift-gate service. However, there are ways to save on that fee by picking up your item at the local freight terminal. Please contact me prior to purchase and I can take you through the simple process.
Allow for 5 days processing so I can give your time the secure packaging it deserves! Freight items are securely strapped to a pallet and cellophane wrapped to prevent damage.
Unfortunately, shipping damage and total lost is an issue among the freight industry. Even though we crate, palatalize, and use protective materials on our items, we sometimes cannot control mishandling or damages that may occur while in transit. If there is any damage, it must be indicated on the Bill of Lading that the driver gives you to sign. If you do not examine the merchandise and you still sign for it, you will NOT be able to file a claim or hold the shipper responsible. Freight companies are able to deny millions of dollars in damages because items were not inspected at the time of delivery and were not marked as "damaged" on the Bill of Lading. If your item has been crated, please expect to uncrate it and inspect it before the driver has left and before you sign for it. A driver is obligated to wait. If he or she tries to rush you or you are in any way unhappy with the delivery, ask to speak to his or her dispatcher. You may also contact us for assistance.
