    My camera puts lines and spots on the glass that are not there.
    NATIONAL BISCUIT COMPANY  old store counter jar, side loader.
    This jar had a note in it when I bought it about 50 years ago, it says,
    "National Biscuit Company glass jar, Uneeda Bakers, w/trademark.
    Original lid w/bracket for price tag. Purchased 1970
    closing of general store in upstate NY.
    This jar is in mint condition.
    Clear, clean glass. Not cloudy.
    It has no chips or cracks.  No rough rim.
    The lid is nice and clean.  Has age spots on it.
    The paper tag on the lid is a repro.
    It is 11 inches tall with lid and 10 inches wide,
    with a 5 and 1/4 inch opening.
