Outward Hound life jacket. Gently used a handful of times by my papillon.
CONDITION: Good. Some stray threads here and there. All velcro is tight and snaps operate excellently. Felt logo shows wear. There is white hair from our dog in the velcro (see photos 3-5), but it does not affect the function of the velcro.
