STIHL TS 420 67cc cutoff saw FOR PARTS ONLY not running USA48 shipping

Description

TS 420 incomplete saw, for parts only.  Engine is not seized but its a low compression engine and would not run
when tested.  So starter, coil, and carburetor were removed and used on a working saw.  Does have the back cover
as you can see, but no air filter or screen in it.  In my opinion the blade arm is good, and the belt pulley is good.  It
does have a drive belt.  Blade guard also looks good, I dont see any cracks.   Water kit should be good, dont see
anything wrong with it.  NO RETURNS so please make sure this parts unit is what you need.  If you have any
