*Up for sale here is a nice looking western war slogan effort milk bottle from Albuquerque, New Mexico. This tall round pyro quart is in near mint shape. Bottle is sparkling clean and has seen no wear. See all the pictures, as they tell the best story. The crisp red acl pyro front and back is excellent, with no fading or discoloration. It also has the Dacro top.
*It boldly reads on the front in red pyro ~
"VALLEY GOLD / Albuquerque's Favorite Milk". On the base it is embossed ~ "18 <0> 4", for WW two era 1944 date. On the back it shows a graphic scene of the milkman placing a bottle of milk on the porch steps, all in the red pyro. It reads ~ "AMERICA SAVES / To Save Our Freedom We Must Save Our Materials. / Save This Bottle And Return!" The bottle is filled with white filler to accent the red pyro, and topped off with a San Bernardino, California Twin Palms dairy milk cap. This example from the west measures 9 5/8 inches tall, and 3 3/4 inches in diameter. You will be well pleased with this piece of south western dairy history, from the state of New Mexico.
